Gregory Sklenar

Gregory Sklenar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Heartland Coca-Cola since July 2025, Gregory previously held the position of Executive Director at Manna Beverages & Ventures from March 2023 to July 2025 and was a Director at Manna Capital Partners from June 2022 to July 2025. Notably, Gregory spent nearly two decades at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, culminating in the role of Group Rental Manager, overseeing rental operations in Columbus. Additional positions with Enterprise included Area Rental Manager, Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, and Management Trainee. Gregory’s early career included roles with the Philadelphia 76ers and Gap Inc./Old Navy. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Hope College, completed in 2003.
