Barbara E. Leathers

Barbara E. Leathers (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) leads Heartland’s human resources initiatives and supporting functions. She is a current member and past officer of the Bloomington-Normal Human Resources Council. She serves her community and neighborhood through volunteering for various charitable and community organizations and school activities, serves as a board member for her neighborhood homeowners’ association, and participates in adopt-a-highway and neighborhood clean-up events.
