DeAnn McClain

DeAnn McClain is one of Heartland Dental’s “originals.” Before the company was officially formed, she joined as an accountant. As her involvement deepened, she became instrumental in the development and implementation of Heartland Dental’s internal measuring system (MAPS). In her role as Executive Vice President of Operations, she supports the supplies, client administrator and accounts receivable departments at Home Office, as well as all field operations. Unlike others who find sketching charts and graphs stressful, DeAnn finds it relaxing. She also relieves stress in rational ways like gardening, camping and spending time with her husband and two kids. As someone who’s hard-working, friendly and humble, the sorting hat would definitely place DeAnn in Hufflepuff.
