Dianna Borries started their work experience as a Customer Service Representative at Mid America Motorworks in 1992. Dianna then joined Patterson Companies, Inc. in 1995, where they held various roles including National Customer Support Manager and Customer Experience Manager. In these roles, Dianna focused on improving customer touchpoints, gathering and analyzing customer feedback, and implementing customer-facing tools. In 2021, they joined Heartland Dental as the Training and Development Manager, Patient Services, and in 2022, they transitioned to the role of Director Practice Management Software.
Dianna Borries studied Political Science and Government at Eastern Illinois University from 1988 to 1992. Prior to that, they attended Oakland High School between 1984 and 1988. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Business Strategy from McKinsey & Company and ITIL Foundations.
