John Bruns

John Bruns has extensive experience in analytics and workforce planning, currently serving as the PSC Manager of Analytics and Workforce Planning at Heartland Dental since May 2011. Prior to this role, John held positions including PSC Workforce Management Supervisor at Heartland Dental and Customer Service Agent at Solix CMR, where responses were provided to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama members. Earlier experience includes serving as Visiting Clubhouse Manager for the Burlington Bees, where John facilitated the needs of coaching staff and umpires, as well as a Marketing Assistant role that involved coordinating sponsorships and ticket sales. John began in the service industry at Cracker Barrel as a Dishwasher/Busser and later worked in data entry for AFFINA. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Sports Studies with a focus on Sports Management from Eastern Illinois University.
