Kylie Hirth, MBA, is a seasoned professional in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as Senior Regional Recruiter at Heartland Dental since May 2021. In this role, Kylie specializes in sourcing and recruiting for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions across multiple regions, while also training other recruiters on effective strategies.
