Theresa Schaefer

Theresa Schaefer, SHRM-CP, has been working as the Director of Human Resources at Heartland Consumers Power District since October 2014. Prior to this role, Theresa worked at East River Electric from January 1995 to May 2014, where Theresa held positions as Benefits Specialist and Administrative Assistant. Additionally, Theresa worked as a Realtor at HJN Team Real Estate from July 2006 to September 2008.
