Allen Young is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and project management roles within the civil and structural engineering sectors. Since January 2017, Allen has served as President of Heartland Engineering. Prior to this position, Allen held the role of Project Manager and Civil Structural Lead at Kleinfelder from 2009 to 2017, and also worked as Project Manager and Civil Structural Discipline Lead at Hood Group from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, Allen was a Founding Partner and Discipline Lead at Rally Engineering from 2006 to 2009 and served as a Structural Engineer at SNC-Lavalin from 1996 to 2003. Education was obtained at the University of Alberta.
