Christopher Carmichael

Christopher Carmichael began their career as a US Army NCO-Sargent, serving as a Medical Lab Technician and later being selected as a Squad Leader during basic training. Christopher then joined GE Capital as a Senior Financial Analyst, where they completed the GE Financial Management Program and achieved top honors. Following their time at GE Capital, Carmichael worked at Fifth Third Bank in various roles, including Line of Business CFO and SVP & CFO for Group Regional and Commercial Middle Market. In these positions, they managed budgets, led financial planning and analysis processes, and drove strategic outcomes. Most recently, Carmichael served as the Financial Planning and Analysis Director at HTLF, where they collaborated with senior leaders to develop and execute financial and strategic initiatives across multiple divisions.
