Brian Puckett

Brian Puckett has a diverse and extensive work experience. Brian started their career in 1984 as a staff accountant in the tax division of PwC. Brian then worked as an attorney at Fowler White Boggs from 1988 to 1993. In 1993, they became a managing partner at Align Wealth Management and held that role until 2023. Currently, they are the Director of Financial Planner at Edelman Financial Engines, where they utilize their expertise as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CPA with Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) credentials, and attorney to help clients manage their financial lives. Brian is also known for their engaging speaking skills and has made frequent appearances in the local and national financial press.

Brian Puckett attended the University of Oklahoma from 1981 to 1988, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Finance. Brian continued their education at the same university and earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in Tax Law/Taxation from 1985 to 1988.
