Debbie Ramsey

Debbie Ramsey has extensive experience in the banking and finance industry. Debbie began their career at Transamerica in 1992, where they served as a VP/Sr. Account Executive and Underwriter. Debbie'sresponsibilities included underwriting, documenting, closing, syndicating, and managing asset-based and structured-finance loans. Debbie also managed a portion of an acquired SBA portfolio and corresponded directly with top management of borrowing entities. After leaving Transamerica in 2004, Debbie joined United Western Bank in 2006 as an SVP/Manager of the Credit Underwriting Group. In this role, they established and managed a central underwriting function for all 8 Colorado branches, hiring and training new credit analysts. Debbie left United Western Bank in 2011 and joined First Citizens Bank as the SVP - Commercial Underwriting Manager. There, they managed the Commercial Loan Underwriting Department for all Colorado bank acquisitions, overseeing the underwriting, financial analysis, and annual reviews. In 2014, Debbie joined Colorado National Bank as an SVP - Senior Credit Officer, where they served until 2016. Debbie then moved to Citywide Banks, initially working in the Credit Department from 2016 to 2017 before being promoted to VP/Portfolio Manager Team Lead, a role they held until September 2021. Most recently, in 2017, Debbie joined HTLF as VP - Portfolio Manager Team Lead. Debbie'swork experience demonstrates their expertise in credit underwriting, portfolio management, and leadership in the banking industry.

Debbie Ramsey holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
