Erica Clesse

Erica Clesse, CRCM, CCBCO, has over 7 years of experience in compliance roles within the banking industry. Erica most recently served as the Vice President, Senior Compliance Program Officer at HTLF since April 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President, Compliance Officer II at HTLF from November 2021 to April 2023. Before joining HTLF, Erica worked as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist at PPDocs, Inc. (PIERSONPATTERSON, LLP) from January 2021 to November 2021.
