Kaci Brownell

Kaci Brownell is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as Compliance Program Manager at HTLF since November 2012, Kaci leads a team that addresses compliance needs while supporting new initiatives, developing regulatory change management, compliance policies, and risk assessments. Previously, Kaci held roles such as Loan Compliance Group Manager and VP, Compliance Officer, gaining expertise in lending regulations and ensuring compliance across multiple member-banks. Earlier career experiences at Rocky Mountain Bank included positions as Business Banking Relationship Manager and Special Assets Loan Officer, focusing on portfolio management and compliance administration. Kaci holds a Banking degree from the Graduate School of Banking Colorado and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Montana State University Billings.
