Michelle Lance

Michelle Lance, ACPMPO, has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Michelle currently holds the position of Executive Vice President and Head of Treasury and Payment Solutions at HTLF since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Product Management, Sales Strategy, and Revenue Management - Treasury Management at Western Alliance Bancorporation from 2019 to 2023. In this role, they were responsible for designing and owning the Product Management Vision, Go-To-Market Strategy, Sales Strategy, Revenue Management, and Client Experience across all product suites and lines of business.

Before joining Western Alliance Bancorporation, Michelle was the Vice President of Treasury Management Sales Management and Commercial Banker at Chase from 2017 to 2019, where they launched the Commercial Banking Office in Las Vegas, NV, and provided banking solutions for corporate clients. Michelle also held the position of Vice President of Treasury Management and Card Sales at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2016 to 2017.

Michelle's previous experience includes roles at Western Alliance Bancorporation as Vice President of Treasury Management Sales Manager from 2014 to 2016, Siemens AG as the Global Director of Financial Shared Services and Commercial Card from 2011 to 2013, and BMO Harris Bank as Vice President of National Treasury Management Sales Manager and Revenue Cycle Specialist from 2007 to 2011.

Michelle started their career at SunTrust Bank, where they held various positions including Vice President of Commercial Card Division Manager, Vice President of Treasury Management Implementation Manager, and AVP of Treasury Management from 1996 to 2006. In these roles, they played a key role in developing and expanding the Commercial Card Division and overseeing teams.
