Michelle Schoen

Michelle Schoen has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Senior Compliance and Project Manager at HTLF since December 2012. Previous roles at HTLF include HR Manager for Mergers and Acquisitions and Senior HR Generalist, where responsibilities encompassed Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and overall HR support for Wisconsin Bank & Trust and Minnesota Bank & Trust. Prior to HTLF, Michelle worked at Prairie States Enterprises, Inc. as an Account Manager and spent five years as a Human Resource Generalist at Community Bank & Trust, focusing on payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, and compliance-related tasks. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Processes from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Sheboygan.
