Melody Shake

Melody Shake, MHA, CPHQ, has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Melody began their career as a Team Leader of Central Registration at Graham Services Corporation in 1994 and held this position until 2001. Melody then transitioned to OSF St. Francis Medical Center in 2004, where they worked as an Interventional Radiology Technologist II until 2011. In 2011, they joined Graham Health System as a Director of Quality Management and served in this role until 2016. Melody then joined Heartland Community Health Clinic in 2016 as the Director of Quality and Compliance. Melody'slatest position is as the VP of Quality and Compliance at Heartland Health Services- Central Illinois, which they have held since 2017. Melody's experience showcases their expertise in quality management and compliance within healthcare organizations.

Melody Shake, MHA, CPHQ received a Diploma/Certificate in Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer from OSF St. Francis School of Radiology in 2002-2004. Melody later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of St. Francis from 2006 to 2009. In 2009-2010, Melody furthered their education with a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the same university.
