Previous roles include Director of Operations at Chicago Public Schools, where management encompassed quality assurance for extensive school properties, and Director of Facilities Management for the City of Chicago, leading capital projects and facilities operations. Dominic's extensive experience includes positions at Howard Brown Health, Sodexo, and The University of Chicago, among others, and a strong educational background with a PhD in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School.
