Daletha S. McRae, M.ED, is an experienced financial wellness instructor at the Heartland Institute of Financial Education since May 2012, specializing in implementing financial wellness classes for employees of Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, churches, and nonprofit organizations. Prior to this role, Daletha served as Assistant Director at the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 1999 to 2003. Daletha holds a Master's degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Delaware.
