Carl Medlicott

Carl Medlicott is the CFO of Heartland Veterinary Partners LLC. Carl has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting.

Carl began their career as an accounting manager at A.T. Kearney. Carl then became the controller at Applied Systems, Inc. and held that position for three years. After that, they became the Vice President of Finance and Administration at Accelerated Rehabilitation Centers, where they worked for six years. Carl then spent two years as the VP of Finance at Athletico before joining Heartland Veterinary Partners in 2017.

At Heartland Veterinary Partners, Carl oversees the financial operations of the company and works with partner veterinarians to improve their financial efficiency and profitability. Carl is committed to helping partner veterinarians achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Carl Medlicott has a Master's in Information Systems from DePaul University and a degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University. Carl also has a high school diploma.
