Katie Patterson

Katie has over 20 years of operational experience as a multi-unit leader including 6 years of experience in the veterinary industry. Prior to joining Heartland Veterinary Partners, Katie led several teams with Banfield in AL, FL, MS, AR, and TN where she helped her teams gain their leadership and management skills, increased operational and financial performance, and promoted several of her team members to new leadership positions. Katie is passionate about supporting veterinary professionals grow their careers. Katie has also worked in the physical therapy and retail industries.
