Michele Fisher

Michele Fisher, PMP, RICP, currently serves as Partner and VP of Project Management and Integrations at Simplicity Group since August 2023. Previously, as VP of Marketing at Coastal Insurance Consulting, LLC, Michele has been instrumental in driving revenue growth through leadership of sales and marketing teams. At Global Atlantic Financial Group, Michele was the VP and Chief of Staff for the Retirement Organization, supporting the President and shaping corporate strategies, and also achieved significant growth in annual sales as VP, Head of Internal Sales and Sales Support. Earlier experience includes roles at The Hartford as Director, Head of Sales Support, and at ING, where Michele developed key training and project management functions that supported rapid sales growth. Michele holds a BS in Speech Communication with a Minor in Psychology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
