Paula Elliott

Paula Elliott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and consulting, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Programs and Co-Director of Healthcare Systems at HeartMath LLC since 1990. In this role, Paula consults with organizational leaders and staff to enhance resilience, reduce stress, and promote overall health. Additionally, Paula was part of the start-up team for HeartMath companies, contributing to product development and marketing. Earlier in Paula's career, work as an Account Representative at ORC Worldwide involved developing B2B relationships and conducting compensation consulting for the banking industry.
