Elin Sebö Malmström

Elin Sebö Malmström has a diverse work experience in various HR roles and positions. In 1999, they started their career as an Executive Assistant at Trygg-Hansa, where they worked until 2001. Elin then moved on to become an HR Consultant at Trygg-Hansa from 2002 to 2004. Elin then transitioned into the role of Head of Compensation & Benefits at Trygg-Hansa from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, they joined NASDAQ OMX as their Head of Compensation & Benefits, where they served until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, Elin worked as the HR Director Sweden and Global Rewards at Oriflame. In 2015, they started their own company, Elin Sebö Malmström AB, where they worked as a Senior HR Consultant until 2016. Elin also worked as an External Consultant at Proffice in 2016. In the same year, they joined Sweden HR Group as their Associated Senior Consultant. Lastly, they co-founded PeopleAnalytics in 2016, where they held the roles of Co-Founder and HR Analytiker.

Elin Sebö Malmström completed their high school education at Saint Stephen's Episcopal School in FL, USA from 1997 to 1999. Elin then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Stockholm University, graduating in 2004.
