Noel Manicle

Noel Manicle possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and operations within the medical device and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Quality Assurance at HeartPoint Global Ireland Limited since January 2019, Noel established an ISO 13485:2016 Quality Management System compliant with regulatory standards. Prior roles include Senior Manager Quality Assurance at Amgen, managing quality teams across the supply chain, and Program Manager at Google, overseeing EMEA Operations and migration projects. Noel has also held positions such as Operations Manager at Synthes, where operations teams were developed from startup, and Senior Manager of Supply Chain Management at Xilinx, focusing on procurement and quality improvements. Early career experience includes serving as Senior Process Engineer at Analog Devices, managing product development processes. Academic credentials include a BSc in Applied Physics from the University of Limerick and certification as a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Notably, a US Patent was awarded in 2005.
