Kelly Young is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic roles within the advertising industry. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Strategy at Hearts & Science since May 2021, Kelly previously held significant positions at Canvas Worldwide, including VP of Group Director of Performance Strategy and Director of Retail Strategy. Earlier career highlights include roles at Dailey & Associates, AOL, Mindshare, Initiative, and GroupM, where responsibilities encompassed media planning and account management for notable clients such as Hyundai, 20th Century Fox, and AT&T. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and has further pursued education through UCLA Extension.
