Raylene Luison (Assoc CIPD) is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a People Partner at Hearts & Science since November 2022. Prior to this role, Raylene held positions including People & Culture Manager at Azerion UK, HR Manager at Yoke Network, and People Manager at Marlin Green. With a background in advising on employment issues, managing employee relations cases, and facilitating training for line managers, Raylene has developed a strong expertise in human resources.
