Bill Welsh

Bill Welsh has a strong work history in the IT field. Bill began their career in 1968 at Verizon and served as a Director until 1994. In 2002, they joined Heartshare Human Services as the Director of IT, where they continue to work in the present.

Bill Welsh attended Excelsior University from 1986 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business/Corporate Communications. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Tottenville High School from 1964 to 1969, but no degree or field of study was specified.
