Frank J. Maresca

Frank Maresca is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in fund management and administration across various prestigious financial institutions. Currently serving as an Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair at Cornerstone Family of Closed-end Funds since August 2020, Frank is also a Vice President at Broadridge with a focus on mutual funds and retirement strategies.
