Shawnta Salazar

Shawnta Salazar serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Equity Officer at HeartShare Human Services of New York since January 2023. Previously, Shawnta held multiple leadership roles at HeartShare St. Vincent's Services from September 2014 to January 2023, including Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President of the Residential & Housing Division. Shawnta's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College, completed in May 2013, and is currently pursuing another Master of Public Administration in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management at the City University of New York-Baruch College.
