Heartspring
Moniqueka Holloway joined Heartspring’s Leadership Team in July 2021 as the senior director of compliance and quality improvement. She previously served as a contract and compliance manager for Wichita State University’s National Institute for Aviation Research. Moniqueka is committed to helping organizations adhere to state and federal laws and regulations, identify and mitigate risk through process improvement and finding innovative ways to drive continuous organizational growth.
Moniqueka is excited to be part of an organization that leads with a servant’s heart. Her humble beginning fuels her desire to help others succeed and she believes that every individual should have opportunities and resources to reach their full potential.
A native to Wichita, she holds a bachelor of arts in psychology from Wichita State University and a master’s in business administration from Southwestern College.
Moniqueka will also serve as the governor’s appointee for the Kansas Development and Finance Authority Board.

Located in Wichita, Kansas, Heartspring is a non-profit organization serving children with special needs and developmental disabilities. We provide a wide range of services and therapies through several programs including the Heartspring School, Pediatric Services, and Autism Services.
