Alex Bepple

Alex Bepple has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career as an Agility Consultant at it-agile GmbH in 2010, where they consulted and trained organizations in adopting and evolving agile methodologies. They also worked as an Agile Software Engineer and later became a Partner at it-agile GmbH. During their time at it-agile GmbH, they focused on various areas such as product, stakeholders, team structure, process, and technical methodology.

In 2014, Alex worked as an Agility Consultant at a Large German Bank for a year and a half. They then joined an Unnamed Bank in 2016 as an Agile Product Engineer and later became an Agility Consultant. They continued in this role until 2022.

In between, Alex also served as an Interim CTO at Brygge in 2021.

Starting from 2020, Alex volunteered as an Inspirer at Hacker School.

Currently, Alex is working as the Chief Technology Officer at heartstocks since June 2022.

Alex Bepple attended the University of Hamburg from 1999 to 2006, where they studied computer science and business administration. In addition, they attended Copenhagen Business School from 2003 to 2004, focusing on industrial organization.
