Till Rügge's work experience includes being a Co-Founder at heartstocks since September 2020. Previously, they worked as a Key-Account-Manager at CAPinside.com from August 2019 to September 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Werkstudent at Nordcapital Treuhand GmbH from September 2018 to August 2019.

Till Rügge completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Business Administration) from Hochschule Fresenius in the years 2015 to 2018. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the same institution, which they completed from 2018 to 2020.
