Ray Weeks

Ray Weeks has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Head of Bar Operations at Heartwood Collection since October 2012. Prior to this role, Ray owned Movers & Shakers Ltd from May 2001 to July 2013 and worked as a Marketing Operations Manager at Whitbread from May 1997 to February 2006. Ray began the career as a Bartender and Bar Trainer at T.G.I. Friday's from September 1992 to April 1997, and held the position of Assistant Bar Manager at Manhattans American Restaurant & Bar for a brief period in July 1992. Additionally, Ray worked as an Assistant Manager at Fredericks Leisure Club & Spa from July 1987 to June 1992. Ray is an alumnus of South West London College, having studied there from 1987 to 1989.
