Edwin Tan

Edwin Tan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment analysis. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Heartwood Partners since July 2011, Edwin focuses on identifying middle market companies with operating profits ranging from $4 million to $25 million. Prior to this role, Edwin held positions as Senior Associate at Prospect Capital Corporation and Senior Analyst at RFE Investment Partners. Starting a career in investment analysis, Edwin worked as an Analyst in the M&A Group at Wachovia, A Wells Fargo Company, from June 2000 to June 2002. Edwin holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and has earned a degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
