Jason Phillips is an experienced executive and board member with a strong background in operations and management. Currently, Jason serves on the Board of Directors for Bush Brothers Provision Company, ChromaScape, and Imprimus Labels and Packaging, while also holding the position of Chief Executive Officer at Heartwood Partners. Previously, Jason was the Chief Operating Officer at Archway Marketing Services and Vice President of Operations at Johnson Brothers Liquor Co. Additionally, Jason has held leadership roles at AlixPartners and Beiersdorf North America. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BA in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Statistics from the University of Minnesota.
