Ashley Carr has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ashley started their career as an Associate at Barnes & Noble, Inc. from June 2012 to September 2014. Ashley then moved on to become a Team Lead at DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse, where they oversaw customer experience at checkout, resolved customer service issues, managed cash deposits, and monitored sales intake from March 2015 to April 2018. After that, Ashley worked as a Customer Experience Manager at KeyMe, where they drove KPI goals, created company policies and procedures, launched initiatives to reduce abandonment and spam call rates, and developed a quality training program. Currently, they are a Senior Customer Experience Manager at Heartwork, starting from August 2022.
