Heather Coughlin

Heather Coughlin currently serves as Vice President of R&D and Regulatory at Bansk Beauty since January 2024. Previously, Coughlin held multiple roles at amika from October 2011 to November 2024, including Vice President of Product Development and Regulatory, Director of Product Development and Regulatory, and National Education and Product Development Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Pierre Fabre as East Coast Regional Manager for Sales and Education and Regional Educator, as well as management roles at Estee Lauder. Coughlin graduated with a BA in Liberal Arts, specializing in Communication and Sociology from the University of North Dakota and obtained a license from the Christine Valmy International School of Esthetics.
