John Hwang

John Hwang is an accomplished industrial designer with extensive experience in various roles within the design industry. Most recently, John served as the Industrial Design Lead at ROOM from September 2021 to August 2023, after holding the position of Director of Packaging & Visual Merchandising at Heat Makes Sense, Inc. from April 2021 to August 2023. John's prior roles include Creative Lead at ROOM, Senior Industrial Designer at Branch, and Industrial Designer at Aruliden and Sprout Studios. John began the professional journey as an Industrial Designer Intern at Essential. John holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial and Product Design from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
