Wes Kimmel

Wes Kimmel is the Chief Financial Officer and Co-founder at Heat Recovery Innovations, a company specializing in high-temperature heat exchangers for industrial systems. Prior to this, Wes worked as the Chief Financial Officer at FlexEnergy Solutions and was an Operating Partner for a PE Consortium at FlexEnergy, Inc. Wes also held positions at RNS Capital Partners, First Reserve Corporation, and Morgan Stanley. Wes graduated from Washington and Lee University in 2005.
