Damian Speirs has extensive experience in the recruitment industry, with a focus on the digital and tech sectors. Damian began their career in 1999, holding various sales positions before transitioning into recruitment. From 2007 to 2013, Damian worked as a Recruitment Consultant and Senior Recruitment Consultant, specializing in ERP transformation and change. Damian then joined Timothy James Consulting, where they served as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Client Relationship Manager, focusing on ERP recruitment and building client relationships. Damian then worked at Opus Recruitment Solutions as a Client Relationship Manager and Specialist Digital Recruiter. After that, they joined Talent as a Digital and Tech Recruiter-Team Leader, where they worked until 2019.
