Harald Nes Rislå

Harald Nes Rislå is the CTO at Heaten. Harald has over 19 years of experience in the field of control systems engineering.

Harald started their career at Aker Solutions in 2002 as a control systems engineer. In 2006, they were promoted to Control Systems Development Manager at V-Tech AS, where they were responsible for establishing and managing an in-house control systems department. In 2009, they joined Viking Development Group as Control Systems Manager and was responsible for R&D related to control systems, engine development, and other technical areas. Harald was also a board director and part of the management team. In 2013, they were promoted to Partner / R&D Director and continued to be responsible for R&D within VDG and its subsidiaries, including external partners.

In January 2020, they left Viking Development Group and joined Andersen Mekaniske Verksted as a Senior R&D Specialist. Harald remained in this position until October 2021 when they took on their current role as CTO at Heaten.

Harald Nes Rislå received a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Ryerson University.

They are on a team with Moritz Becker - Lead Engineer, High Temperature Heat Pumps, Geir Robstad - COO, and André Bechem - Head of Market Research, Sales & Customer Journey. Harald Nes Rislå reports to Peter P. Breithaupt, CEO.
