Tom Marriott

Tom Marriott is the current Chairman at Heath & Wiltshire. Tom has over 10 years of experience in management roles, with a focus on customer service.

Tom began their career as the Hotel Manager at Cedar Hotel. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including planning and organising accommodation, promoting and marketing the business, managing budgets and financial plans, training and recruiting staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety laws, and dealing with guests. It was during their time at Cedar Hotel that Tom first implemented their principles of excellent customer service.

In January 2007, Tom joined Heath & Wiltshire as their Contracts Manager for the London area. Tom's responsibilities included overseeing the London-based cleaning contracts and ensuring that the highest standards were delivered to customers. This role taught Tom a great deal about how to deliver high standards on a consistent basis, and it also allowed him to gain a valuable insight into the day-to-day challenges of running a successful cleaning contract.

In December 2009, Tom was promoted to Operations Manager at Heath & Wiltshire. In this role, they are responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s operations, including cleaning contracts, customer service, finances, human resources, and health and safety.

Tom is a highly experienced manager with a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service. Tom is passionate about their work and takes great pride in ensuring that Heath & Wiltshire provides the highest possible standards of cleaning services to its customers.

Tom Marriott has a Bachelor's degree in English Language & Business Management from the University of Gloucestershire. Tom also has A Levels in Computing, English Language, Economics & Physics from Peter Symmonds College.
