Gabriel Cervo

Gabriel Cervo has extensive experience in IT support and network engineering, currently serving as IT Desktop Support at Heath Ceramics and Field Network Engineer at Z Networks Inc. Gabriel previously worked as a System Administrator at BAVC, managing both Macintosh and Windows systems while overseeing classroom technology and leading training workshops. Prior experience includes roles as a Mac Genius at Apple Retail, where Gabriel developed diagnostic tools and improved customer service processes, as well as bartending and sales associate positions. Gabriel holds a BA in Business Administration from San Francisco State University and an Associate of Arts Degree in Business Administration from City College of San Francisco.
