Rodger Phillips

Rodger Phillips has extensive experience in various roles, beginning as a warp knitting technician at Heathcoat Fabrics Limited since September 1983. Previously, Rodger served in multiple capacities at Unite the Union from July 2015 to January 2022, including Branch Secretary and workplace representative. Additionally, Rodger worked as a firefighter for Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Service from January 2007 to July 2014. Rodger is a graduate of Tiverton High School.
