Patricia Harris

Patricia Harris has a diverse work experience in human resources, starting with their current role as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Heathgate Resources Pty Ltd. Prior to this, they worked as the GM Human Resources at Lucas Total Contract Solutions - Mining & Civil Contractors from April 2021 to October 2021 and as an HR Manager from February 2012 to March 2021. Before that, they held positions at GM Holden Ltd, where they were an HR Business Partner from December 2010 to February 2012 and a Health Services Manager from November 2009 to November 2010. Patricia also has experience at Masonic Homes Ltd, where they served as an Executive Manager HR from October 2006 to September 2009, an HR Manager from April 2001 to September 2006, and an HR & Payroll Officer from September 1997 to March 2001. Patricia started their career at GRUNDFOS Holding A/S as a Payroll Officer & HR Assistant from 1993 to August 1997.

Patricia Harris obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the Australian Institute of Management in 2013-2014. Patricia also completed a Graduate Certificate in Management from the University of South Australia in 2004. Additionally, they hold an Advanced Diploma of Human Resource Management in the field of Human Resources Management and Services from Tafe SA in 2002. Patricia is a Certified Professional Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and a Professional Member of the Australian Institute of Management. Patricia also earned a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training from Invisage in 2004. Patricia recently obtained a certification in LinkedIn Marketing Strategy from the Australian Institute of Management in December 2023.
