Irfan Khan has extensive experience in operations and security management, primarily at Heathrow Airport since October 2007. Currently serving as Operations Lead - Delivery and Performance, Irfan oversees the operational performance of terminals, driving efficiency and engagement across front-line teams while managing significant budget responsibilities. Previous roles include Security Assurance Manager, where Irfan ensured compliance with regulatory frameworks and led assurance activities, and Terminal Operations Manager, responsible for managing over 1300 operational team members. Irfan's earlier experience includes roles at Phones4u as General Store Manager. Irfan holds an education background from The Royal Grammar School.
