Jason Knight

Jason Knight is an accomplished professional currently serving as the People Director at Heathrow since March 2019, responsible for the comprehensive Learning and Development offerings, community employment initiatives, and the ED&I agenda. Prior roles include Programme Director for Heathrow's Security Transformation Programme, where strategic planning and budget management were critical for securing significant investments, and Commercial Director focusing on customer experience strategy. Jason's extensive experience also includes operational leadership at Westfield and various management positions at Heathrow and other prominent organizations. In addition to current responsibilities, Jason contributes as a Board Trustee for multiple organizations and is furthering education with executive programs from Saïd Business School and LSE.
