Jess Kirbell

Jess Kirbell has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jess started their career at Heathrow Express in 2004, where they held various roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Manager, and Head of HR - Change Projects. Jess then transitioned to Heathrow in 2015, where they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner and later progressed to Head of Business Partnering, Corporate Services. Jess also served as People Director, Digital Transformation and People Director, Organisational Effectiveness at Heathrow.

From 2005 to 2006, Jess Kirbell attended CIPD and obtained a Certificate in Personnel Practice.
