Lucy Davies is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development across multiple sectors. Previously, as Head of Early Careers Learning at Deloitte UK, Lucy supported the growth of junior talent while managing a team dedicated to shaping the early experiences of graduates. Additional roles include senior leadership positions at Merlin Entertainments, Sky, and NOW, where Lucy focused on training delivery and talent development.
