Tusalan Sivapalasingam

Tusalan Sivapalasingam, also known as Mr. T, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operational and passenger experience management. Currently serving as Passenger Experience Manager and previously as Security Manager Compliance and Security Manager at Heathrow since November 2019, Tusalan has effectively contributed to the enhancement of passenger services. Additionally, Tusalan supports the Metropolitan Police Service as a Police Officer on a part-time basis since July 2017. Prior to these roles, Tusalan held multiple positions at OmniServ Ltd. from February 2014 to November 2019, including Terminal Manager and Operations Manager, and worked as Operations Supervisor at Blackjack Promotions from June 2007 to February 2014. Tusalan's foundational education was completed at Uxbridge College from 2008 to 2010.
